摘要
作者运用电子显微镜及自行研制的表面粗糙度测定仪观察了酸蚀脱色引起的氟斑牙表面粗糙度,并观察了三种不同的处理方法,对防止漂白斑釉发生再着色的作用及其引起的脱色斑釉表面的光洁度。试验结果显示氟斑牙脱色后如不处理将会发生严重的再着色,使用增强增硬树脂(Palaseal)能较好的防止再着色,充分抛光也可防止其再着色,单一低粘度复合树脂不宜用来处理漂白氟斑牙的表面。
Authors observed the surfaces of bleached fluorosed human enamel with SEM(scanningelectronic microscope),and measured the roughness of bleached fluorosed enamel withselfmade profilometer.Using these equipments as well as the experiment on the re-stain-ing of bleached enamel,authors investigated the effect of three different treatments onpreventing the enamel from re-staining.The results shows that 1).the bleached human.enamel would absorb environmental pigments if it wasn's treated.2).“Palaseal”,a pro-duct produced by Kulzer Company,can well cover the unsmooth surfaces of bleached ena-mel and restrain them to be stained.Carful polishing of bleached enamel can also wellprevent them from absorbing pigment.3).Low-viscosity resin is unsuitable for the useof covering the bleached human bleached enamel.
