摘要
本文报告作者利用图像处理技术研制成功的一套由摄像、数字化处理、数据与图像输出的实时测量、诊断、预测及评估的颌面三维形态检测系统,对136名正常(牙合)青年人颜面三维形态进行了研究,并在头影测量的基础上,首次成功的用于颌面畸形患者的外科矫治的术前设计、效果预测及术后疗效评估;首次用先进的光栅显示技术显示患者颜面三维数字化模型,作任意断面显示、计示高程等。
A real-time measuring system has been developed for diagnosis,treatment planning,Post-operative evaluation of dentofacial deformities.It it based on the Moire topographyand digital image Processing technique.The facial morphology of 136 persons with normalocclusion and patients with maxillofacial deformities have been analysed three-dimensio-nally and facial models have been shown on the screen by means of raster display.Calc-ulation of facial cross section and facial volume outlined.Vedeo surgery has been donefor the prediction of postoperative facial appearance.
