摘要
概述了具有光滑表面的硬脆材料的应用前景，介绍了国内外在硬脆材料超光滑表面精密磨削技术上的发展现状，提出了获得硬脆材料超光滑磨削表面的主要技术措施，并从国情实际情况出发，提出了我国在超精密磨削技术方面今后应开展的研究工作。
In this paper, applied prospects of hard brittle materials with smooth surface to the industry have been discussed, developments of precision and ultraprecision grinding techniques for supersmooth surface on hard brittle materials have been presented, Main technologies and measures which meet the machining conditions to supersmooth ground surface have been obtained. On the basis of above mentioned analysis and consideration over chinese grinding abilities to hard brittle materials, a series of basic research problems to ultraprecision grinding technologies in China are also put forward .
