摘要
本文采用脉管灌注技术和组织学检查手段,对成年恒河猴上颌前牙小牙—骨块截开术对牙髓的影响进行观察。结果表明,术后牙髓基本保持血运通路和基本正常的组织学形态,与临床观察结果一致,从而为临床牙外科正畸术提供了生物学基础理论依据。
Microangiography by Chinese ink perfusion and histologic examination followingoperations of 7 adult Rhesus monkeys at different interval were performed and pulprevascularization and histologic changes were evaluated.The result indicated that normalpulp vitality can be kept in most teeth involved by the operation and that the experi-mental results with regard to pulp vitality were cousistent with the clinical results andso provided biological basis for the clinical operation.
