摘要
对一新型四辊DC轧机中的电液位置控制系统进行分析,提出一种新的控制结构──模糊控制与智能控制并联的结构形式(Fuzzy—IPID),并对系统控制特性进行测试。理论分析与实验结果表明,这种控制系统具有良好的控制效果,可以用于轧机板厚板形综合调节控制系统中。
The electro-hydraulic control system of a DC mill is studied and a new control strategy-fuzzy and IPID parallel control form (Fuzzy-IPID) is presented. The experiments are carried out and the results and analysis show that this control system has good performance. It can be used in the combined gauge and shape control system.
