摘要
在分析了有色金属企业构筑质量管理体系长效机制的必要性和可行性的基础上,按照ISO 9001:2000的思路,提出了构筑ISO质量管理体系长效机制的PDCA循环,建立长效机制,达到持续改进的目的,确保企业质量管理体系有效运行和持续改进。
Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of establishment of long term mechanism for quality management system in nonferrous enterprises and in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001： 2000, the long term mechanism of PDCA recycling is proposed with the purpose of continuous improvement so that the quality management system in the entdrprises can run effectively and be improved continuously.
