摘要
根据开放式的体系结构设计思想,开发出基于STD工控机的用于变传动比齿轮滚齿加工的新型CNC系统。介绍系统的结构、特点与关键技术,该CNC系统可实现多种齿轮的在线参数编程、仿真、多轴伺服闭环控制、CNC实时直接插补加工以及加工过程的动态跟踪显示,具有高的加工精度、效率与柔性。
According to the ideology of opening system structure design,a variable ratio gear hobbing machine is developed,the structure, features and some key techniques are introduced in this paper. This new CNC system can realize online parameter programming of many kinds of gears, in addion, can carry out simulation, multiaxes servo close-up control, machining by realtime direct interpolation and dynamic display of machining process,etc. This system possesses high machining-accuracy, efficiency and flexibility.
