摘要
讨论灵捷制造过程中资源集成的决策方法。主要针对市场作用的过程中，虚拟公司如何才能有效集成资源，提高产品从设计、制造到销售全过程的整体柔性，同时能够有效地发挥人因（知识、技艺及创造性）和信息的作用，如何在关键技术的运用中，尽可能将无形状态量转换为可计算、可计值的形态等进行了讨论。给出了基于灵捷制造决策的模糊推理机制，建立了系统决策的实例仿真。
The integration decision mathod of agile manufacturing is discussed in this paper, which includes in the course of market's functions how to integrate resources effectively,how to enhance the overall flexibility of a product from design, manufacture to sale, at the same time how to bring human factors (knowledge, skill and creativity) and information into full play, how the intangible state variables to be converted into computable and numerable ones so as to fully utilize mordern computing tools and multimediun technology. The fuzzy inference rule based on the decision of agile manufacturing is proposed and a simalation example is given.
