摘要
本文对8例10个相对正常的颞下颌关节腔进行了内窥镜检查。检查结果发现,在关节上腔内窥镜有充分广泛的视野观察各关节结构的表面,而在关节下腔内窥镜仅能观察髁突横嵴后方的关节结构。正常人颞下颌关节在内窥镜下的基本特点是:关节腔内清洁,关节表面光滑色白,关节滑膜表面有血管分布呈粉红色。
To analyse and study the field of vision of normal temporomandibular joint arthrosc-opy,and to study the a arthroscopic view of normal articular structure,we performed ar-throscopic examination to 8 cases 10 joints.In the upper compartment,the field of visionof arthroscope is wild enough to inspect nearly every part of the joint cavity,but in thelower compartment the field of vision is limited in the posterior part of the condyle.Thesurface of normal disc,fossa,eminence and condyle are smooth and of white color,andthe synovial membrance is viscular.
