摘要
本文就球形储罐的设计，施工中有关球壳板的质量，下料尺寸的计算进行了论述。对桔瓣式和混合式球罐的主要设计参数进行了比较，并给出了焊缝长度，下料系数等参数，对混合式球罐的推广和使用进行了讨论。
This paper has discuss the mass calculation, pre-blanking dimension of spherical tank in designing and fabricating. And has compared the main data of tanks which with orange shell and with football shell, these data include: the length of weld line, blanking rate and so on. The problems discussed in this paper will be useful in populating the use of football shell spherical tanks.
