摘要
本文介绍了一种基于delta-sigma型模数转换器作为模数转换电路,并利用TMS320vc5502进行数据处理的高性能感应同步器数显仪的设计方法。对圆感应同步器输出的模拟信号进行高速采样、数字化处理,再经过DSP处理。由于模拟器件的使用以及由这些模拟器件引入的误差(例如:温漂、增益误差)降到最低。最后得到的测量数据具有很高的精度。该系统的硬件结构简单,可扩展性好,调试和维护容易,在机床的数字化改造和自动检测领域中有很好的应用前景。
This paper presents a design means of inductosyn digital display instrument based on TMS320VCS502,which A/D conversion adopts delta-sigma analog-to-digital data convertor. Sample and digitize the analog signals from the round inductosyn at a high rate, and then the signals are processed by the DSP. The resulting axis measurement provides superior accuracy resulting from the minimization of analog signal processing stages and the errors (offset, gain errors, etc. ) that they introduce. The system's hardware has compact structure, favorable expansibility and higher reliability. The system will have a good application future in the filed of digital alteration of machine tool and auto measure.
