摘要
在西药常规治疗的基础上．以菖蒲郁金汤加减直肠滴注急救肺性脑病 ２３例，并设单用西药急救对照组 ２２例，进行了包括动脉血ｐＨ、ＰａＯ２，升高。ＰａＣＯ２，降低等指标的临床观察。结果在提高治愈率．降低死亡率方面．治疗组较对照组有更好疗效，两组总有效率相近，分别为７８％和６４％，显效率则治疗组为３５％，对照组为９％，有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Apart from common treatment with Western medicine. 23 cases of pulmonary encephalopathy were treated by enema with Decoction of Acorus Calamus and Radix Curumae' o at the same time. 22 cases were taken for a control group treated with Western medicine only. PH and Pa O2 in arterial blood were checked. The result showed that in improving curative rate and decreasing dead rate the effect of treating group was better than that of control one. The two of them was similar in total effective rate (70% and 64% ) but there were significiant defference (P<0. 01) in effectual rate (35% and 9%)
