摘要
目的分析广东省2004-2007年50家医院抗抑郁药物的临床应用情况,为该类药物的研究、生产、临床应用提供参考。方法统计2004-2007年抗抑郁药物在广东省50家医院的销售金额、用药频度、日用药金额并进行分析。结果2004-2007年间广东省抗抑郁药物消耗金额逐年上升;分别在2006和2007年上市的艾司西酞普兰和度洛西汀的日用药金额排名居首。复方制剂黛力新以日均费用适中居历年的用药频度第一。SSRIs类抗抑郁药的用药频度逐年快速增长,2007年涨近总体抗抑郁药使用频度的一半。结论2004-2007年广东省50家医院的抗抑郁药物的应用基本合理,不同类别药物的应用趋势对于病患合理用药,医院药品管理及生产企业决策具有参考价值。
Objective To analyze the situation of antidepressants used in 50 hospitals of Guangdong province during the period from 2004 to 2007, and to provide information for the research, production and clinical application of these drugs. Methods The antidepressants were classified, compared and analyzed in respects of the kinds, sum of money, DDDs and daily cost. Results Drug consumption level has gradually risen from 2004 to 2007. Deanxit is the most habitual in these 4 years for its moderate daily cost. The daily cost of escitalopram and duloxetine sold in 2006 and 2007 respectively have been on the top. DDDs of SSRIs antidepressants rise from 2004 to 2007, which has raised nearly 50% of the whole antidepressants＇ DDDs till 2007. Conclusion The application of antidepressants in guangdong from 2004 to 2007 was basically rational. It＇ s meaningful for patients＇ rational drug-use, for the hospital drug management and for drug manufacturing enterprises to develop different kind of antidepressants according to the trend.
