摘要
目的:观察自拟益肺调血汤对实验性变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠血清Th1/Th2水平的影响。方法:采用二异氰酸甲苯酯(TD I)对大鼠进行实验性AR造模,50只大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型(AR)组、辛芩颗粒对照组及中药复方高、低剂量治疗组5组,每组10只。灌胃治疗2周后,处死,腹主动脉取血,检测血清中IFN-γ、IL-4水平的变化。结果:用药各组,Th1/Th2水平明显高于AR组,与正常组无明显差异。结论:益肺调血汤通过调节Th1和Th2细胞因子的表达,可纠正失衡的Th1/Th2的细胞因子网络而对AR产生治疗作用。
Objective： Observe the effects of Yifeitiaoxuetang powder on IL -4,IFN - γ in blooding of rats with allergic rhinitis（AR）, to study the treating mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Method： fifty rats were randomly devided into five groups ： normoral, AR, Xinqinkeli, Yifeitiaoxuetang with lower and higher groups;use the method of Zhao chang qing＇s abouting rats with AR;in the end of the treatment test the level of IL-4 and IFN -γ in blooding. Result： all of the treatment groups had significant difference with AR group in the level of Th1/Th2 （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The Yifeitiaoxuetang can recover the balance of Th1 and Th2 in AR.
