摘要 抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)可以显著降低糖尿病微血管并发症的发生并延缓其进展。糖尿病患者循环内RAAS活性并没有明显增加,因此认为可能是局部RAAS的激活引起的一系列病理生理改变,后者在糖尿病并发症中的作用还需要进一步的研究探讨。 Inhibiting renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS) an reduce or delay the onset and progress of microvascular complications of diabetes.The activity of RAAS in circulation was different under diabetes mellitus in many reports.The local RAAS may mediate this pathogenesis.The later exists in many tissues and its activity may be increased in diabetic state.
