摘要
采用平皿沉降法对聊城市空气微生物浓度进行了初步测定。结果表明:空气中细菌、霉菌的浓度分别为3.98×103cfu/m3、0.90×103cfu/m3,空气质量处于微污染水平;从功能区划分看,商业区、主要交通区细菌污染较重,商业区及休闲娱乐区以霉菌污染为主。
Adopting Petri dish gravity plate method airborne microbial concentration in Liaocheng City was initially tested. The results showed that the average concentration of bacteria and mildew in the city air were 3.98 × 10^3 cfu/ m3 and 0.90 × 10^3 cfu/m3 respectively. The air quality was under little-pollution level. From the view of functional districts the pollution in commercial and main traffic district bacterial pollution was fairly serious, while in commercial and recreational area main pollution was mainly mildew.
