摘要
云南-广东±800kV特高压直流输电系统送端孤岛运行方式下发生直流双极闭锁时,送端交流系统将产生很高的工频过电压。为研究抑制过电压的直流控制措施,基于RTDS实时数字仿真器和南瑞继保公司开发的直流控制保护系统建立了云南-广东±800kV特高压直流输电系统实时数字仿真系统;利用该实时数字仿真系统,对不同直流控制措施及其对于交流系统过电压水平的影响进行了详细的研究;针对交流滤波器断路器不同性能,提出了两种切实可行减小交流系统过电压的直流控制措施。仿真试验结果表明:采用所提出的控制措施可以有效地将送端交流系统的工频过电压限制在规范要求范围内。
In island operation of Yunnan-Guangdong ± 800kV UHVDC transmission system, serous fundamental frequency overvoltage(FFOV) will be generated in the sending terminal AC system when DC system bipolar blocking. In order to propose the UHVDC control scheme to suppress the overvoltage, the simulation model of Yunnan Guangdong ± 800 kV UHVDC transmission system is developed, which is based on the RTDS and control protection equipment designed by Nari-Relays Electric Co. ,LTD. Using the model, possible overvohage problems which is aroused on the a.c. busses of the UHVDC converter station caused by DC system bipolar blocking is studied in detail. With the analysis of the interaction between AC and DC systems, some control schemes used to suppress the overvohage are proposed and compared. According to properties of AC filter breaker, two DC control schemes are selected and the effectiveness of the control schemes is verified by the simulation results.
