摘要
通过对我院2005～2007年药物不良反应报告表中364例引起皮肤系统损害的致敏药物、皮疹类型、治疗和预后进行分析,发现致敏药物为喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类、青霉素类、中成药及其提取物类、生物制剂类、解热镇痛类、抗痛风类、抗癫痫类等;皮疹类型为麻疹型、荨麻疹型、湿疹型、多型红斑型、固定型、大疱型、扁平苔癣型等。
Through the hospital from 2005 to 2007 three years in the adverse drug reaction reports,364 cases in the system caused damage to the skin sensitization drugs,rash type,treatment and prognosis were analyzed.Drugs sensitized were quinolones,cephalosporins,penicillins,TCM and their extracts,type of biological agents,antipyretic analgesic category,type of gout,epilepsy,etc.,and skin rash type measles caused were type of urticaria,eczema-type,multi-erythema,fixed,bullous type,such as lichen planus type.
