摘要
生长抑素(SST)是一种由神经内分泌细胞、炎症细胞、免疫细胞产生的调节性多肽,多种形式的生长抑素共同构成生长抑素相关肽家族。具有代表性的有Octreotide(SMS2012995,奥曲肽)、Vapreotide(RC2160,伐普肽)、Lanreotide(BIM23014,兰乐肽)等。生长抑素及其类似物不仅可抑制胰液、胃酸等分泌,而且具有抗肿瘤活性,毒副作用小,患者耐受性好等特点。
