摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定不同厂家生产的藿香正气片的厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量。对所得不同厂家产品或不同批次产品的数据进行分析,得出厚朴酚及和厚朴酚含量差异很大。因此有必要建立藿香正气片的含量测定方法。
The quality of Huoxiang Zhengqi Tablets produced by different enterprises was analyzed.The contents of Magnolol and Honokiol were determined by HPLC and the datum was compared.The contents differences of Magnolol and Honokiol exited seriously in different enterprises or different batch numbers.To set up the determination of Huoxiang Zhengqi Tablets is necessary.
