摘要
本文研究了高价金属离子Cr(Ⅵ),V(Ⅵ)、Mo(Ⅵ)、W(Ⅵ)、U(Ⅵ)、Th(Ⅳ)等对二溴苯基萤光酮的荧光行为,提出了荧光熄灭法测定痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的新方法。检出限为0.05μgCr(Ⅵ),线性范围为0.05~5.0μg/25ml。配合物中Cr(Ⅵ):Br-PF=1∶1。本法用于废水中痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的测定,结果满意。
The fluorometric behaviour of several high valent metal ions such as Cr(Ⅵ), Mo(Ⅵ), W(Ⅵ), V(Ⅴ), U(Ⅵ) and Th(Ⅳ) to Br-PF(4,5-dibromophenylfuorone)has been studied. A new fluorometric quenching method for the determination of Cr(Ⅵ) is reported. The detection limit of 0.05μg of Cr(Ⅵ), lincar range of 0.05—5.0μg/25ml, molar ratio of Cr(Ⅵ), to Br-PE in the ratio of 1:1 are obtained. This method is applied successfully to the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in waste water.
