摘要
继续沿用传统PS版的计算机直接制版技术(CTP)对于我国的印刷包装行业具有特殊重要的意义。本文利用占空比可调的脉冲射频低温等离子体电源激励氮气等离子体,通过测量辐射光功率密度,从不同占空比、射频功率、气压等方面研究了等离子体光源的发光特性,在入射功率61W,占空比54.5%,气压550Pa条件下获得了256μW/cm2的蓝紫光输出,可以满足PS版感光的要求。最后给出了利用本光源使PS版感光的结果。
It is of significauce to China's printing/packaging industry that the CTP (computer-to-plate) technology should still be applied to conventional PS (Pre-sensitized) plates. A new nitrogen plasma lamp excited by pulsed RF power was therefore developed, with its luminant characteristics investigated including duty ratio, RF power, discharge pressure, etc., after measuring the light radiation power deiasity. It was found that the 256 μW/cm^2 hyaeinthine light is available to emit from the nitrogen plasma source via focusing by two lenses when the incident luminous power is 61W, duty ratio 54.5% and gas pressure 550Pa, thus meeting the requirement of sensitive plates. The results of sensitive plates utilizing the nitrogen plasma source developed was given.
