摘要
我国会展业在迅速发展的同时,也存在着诚信缺失的问题,改变会展业信用体系不完善、信用秩序混乱的现状,必须建立健全一套符合我国国情、与国际惯例接轨、适应现代市场经济发展的会展业信用体系。基本措施是通过政府立法建立完善的法律法规,增强监督和执法力度,提高失信成本;建立行业协会和企业数据库,使信息公开,降低信息不对称的程度;通过学习、培训,树立从业人员正确的职业意识,视诚信为道德底线;增强宣传力度,提高消费者对不诚信现象的识别能力,减少企业失信收益。
The author maintains that China's convention and exhibition industry is developing fast. Meanwhile, there is the problem of the loss of honesty with this industry. To solve this problem, we should set up the honesty system for the convention and exhibition industry in the light of China's current situation. The most fundamental countermeasure is to formulate the law and regulation system by the government, strengthen oversight and enforcement and increase cost for dishonesty. We can also adopt other countermeasures as cultivation, enhance publicity and reduce benefit the enterprises gain while being dishonesty.
