摘要
本文介绍了一种可用于识别和检验疾病地理分布的ＭＲＰＰ分析方法。运用这一方法对某农业地区１９９１～１９９３年出生的低体重新生儿资料进行了分析并对常用的几种空间分析方法在医学和流行病学中的应用作了简单说明，指出空间分析将被越来越多地用于医学和流行病学研究中。
This patper describes a distance based multi response permut ation techniques (MRPP) for analyzing the spatial pattern of diseases or other health phenomenon.Using the 1991 1993 birth data in an agricul tural area,the study showed that,under certain conditions,MRPP may provide useful information on spatial association and departures from nonrandomness.Such information would be valuable in studying and evaluating the epidemiology,spread and ecology of disease or other health phenomenon.
