摘要
对北京东方文化艺术中心单层索网幕墙设计与施工的全过程进行了分析,包括索网体系的有限元计算、幕墙四点支撑玻璃面板的有限元分析以及索网体系施工方法等内容。有限元计算结果验证了索网幕墙设计的正确性,同时说明对索网体系进行有限元分析时,须对索网整体结构建模,以考虑边界条件对索网受力的影响。本文为索网幕墙的研究与应用提供了技术手段和参考资料。
The design and construction of the pretensioned single-layer cable curtain walls of Beijing Orient Wenhua Art Center are introduced in the paper. The FEA of the cable curtain wall system, the calculation of glass curtain wall and the construction method of the system are mainly discussed. The design feasibility of the cable curtain wall system is ascertained by the calculation results. The whole model must be established so that the influence of boundary conditions on the cable stress can be considered. The research of this paper offers theoretical reference data for further study and application of the single-layer cable curtain walls.
