摘要
研究了多元合金化的Nd31Dy3Fe62.57Nb0.6Co1.2Cu0.3Al0.3B1.03合金的铸锭组织和烧结组织,特别是合金元素在微观组织中的分布。铸锭组织存在一定的径向偏析,铸锭中心存在枝状α-Fe;Nb以Nb-Fe的形式存在于Nd2Fe14B主相之间;Cu、Co富集于RE富集区域;Al的偏聚不明显。而在烧结组织中,偏聚规律与铸锭组织类似,只是偏聚程度有所降低,回火使晶界比较平直。烧结磁体的磁性能为Br=1.097T,Hcj=1092kA/m,(B·H)max=220kJ/m3。
Microstructures of ingot and sintered Nd31Dy3Fe62.57Nb0.6Co1.2Cu0.3Al0.3B1.03 alloy with multi-element alloying were investigated,especially the distribution of micro-alloying elements in microstructure. There exists obvious radial segregation in the ingot,and dendritic α-Fe phase was found in the center of the ingots. Nb was distributed in the interface of Nd2Fe14B phase as Nb-Fe phase. Cu and Co element have obvious enrichment in the Nd-enriched phase,however,obvious enrichment of Al element in ingot was absent. There are similar regularities for elemental distribution in sintered magnets,however,the degree of elemental enrichment is slightly decreased,in which the grain boundary becomes more straightness after tempering treatment. The magnetic properties of sintered magnets were Br of 1.097T,Hcj of 1 092 kA/m,(BH)max of 220 kj/m3.
