摘要
类F_2^+型色心激光是当前及今后色心激光发展的主要研究对象。本文综合评述了类F_2^+型色心的研究发展概况·从材料物理化学和缺陷化学的角度出发,系统探讨了F_2^+心的形成机理、不稳定的主要原因和提高稳定性的途径;本所近10年来运用缺陷物理化学的观点和方法,系统进行类F_2^+型色心研究的结果,并对类F_2^+型色心的发展提出了看法。
F_2^+-like type color center laser should be the primary object of color center laser study hereafter. This paper gives a review on the progress of its studies. Start from material physical chemistry and defect chemistry, the author inquires into the mechanism of F_2^+ center formation, cause of instability and how to promote the stability; and centers on his recent work of F_2^+-like type color center with the view and method of defect chemistry; and presents his view on its further studies.
