摘要
目的:探讨幽门前瓣膜症的诊断。方法:回顾性分析2001～2006年收治的3例幽门前瓣膜症患儿的临床及影像学资料。结果:3例均行腹部平片、上消化道钡餐和腹部B超检查,表现为不同程度的幽门梗阻,但无幽门环形肌增厚征象。结论:幽门前瓣膜症术前诊断比较困难,消化道钡餐和腹部B超的联合应用对该病的诊断有重要的价值。
Objective：To study the diagnosis of antro-pyloric web.Methods：The clinical and imaging materials from 2001 to 2006 with 3 patients having antro-pyloric web were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All the 3 patients were examined by plain film,barium meal and ultrasonography.The imaging features included pyloric obstruction in various degree,yet with no pyloric circular muscle thickening.Conclusion：The diagnosis of antro-pyloric web is difficult before operation,barium meal combined with ultrasonography provides important information for the diagnosis.
