摘要 目的研究近视眼各生物学参数的改变。方法对近视患者及正视者110例(174只眼),主觉加检影验光行屈光检查,采用Humphrey测量角膜平均曲率,非接触式眼内压测量仪测量眼内压;A与B型超声诊断仪测量前房深度、晶状体厚度、玻璃体腔长度及眼轴长度;角膜测厚仪测量中央角膜厚度(CCT,centercorneahhickness);光学相干生物测量仪(IOL-master)测量眼轴长度;光学相干断层扫描仪(Stratus OCT)测量黄斑中心视网膜厚度;按等效球镜度数(SE,sphericalequivalent)不同分正视组(SE〈-0.50D)、轻度近视组(-0.50D≤SE〈-3.00D)、中度近视组(-3.00D≤SE〈-6.00D)、高度近视组(SE≥-6.00D)。比较各组之间各生物学参数,分析各生物参数与屈光力之间关系。结果正视组、轻度近视组、中度近视组、高度近视组等效球镜度数分别为(-0.07±0.14)D、(-2.10±0.57)D、(-4.53±0.78)D、(-7.73±1.34)D,各组之间差异均有显著性(P〈0.001);正视组前房深度低于中度近视组、高度近视组(P〈0.01);玻璃体腔长度、眼轴:正视与低度近视无显著性差异外(P=0.448〉0.05),其余两两比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.01);其余参数各组比较差异均无统计学意义。结论随着等效球镜度数增加,近视眼前房深度一定程度增加,玻璃体腔长度、眼轴随线性增加;其余生物学参数无明显改变;玻璃体腔长度增加是引起眼轴增长和等效球镜度数增加的原因。 Objective A research of biological parameter of myopic eyes. Methods One hunderd amd ten human subjects (one hunderd and seventy-four eyes) were included in this research. Retinoscopy was made to measure refractive errors, corneal topographer was measured by corneal topography system, Tonometry was used to measure lOP, Ultrasonagraphy was applied to measure anterior chamber length, len thickness and vitreous length respectively,Laser interference biometer was used to measure axial length, Optical coherence tomography was used to measure retina thickness of fovea area. Based on spherical equivalent subjects were divided into four groups: emmetropia group(SE〈-0.50D), low-myopia group(-0.50D〈 SE〈-3.00D ), moderate myopia group (-3.00D-〈 SE〈-6.00D)and high myopia group ( SE≥ -6.00D). compare biological parameter with each other in different groups, and analysis the correlation between the spherical equivalent and other biological parameters.Results Refraction results in emmetropia group,low-myopi a group,moderate myopia group and high myopia group were -0.07± 0.14(D),-2.10± 0.57(D),-4.53± 0.78(D), -7.73 ± 1.34 ( D )respectively , there was significant difference between each other (P 〈0.001 ). the anterior chamber lengths in emmetropia myopia group was less than moderate myopia group and high myopia group. there was no significant difference of other biological parameter between each group.Conclusion anterior chamber lengths in some degrees increases with SE, and vitreous length and axial length increases with SE of linear tendency, there were no obvious changes of others parameters with increases of SE.The increase of vitreous length attrubites to the increase of axial length and values of SE.
