超声生物显微镜在功能障碍性滤过泡伴高眼压眼中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的应用超声生物显微镜（ultrasound biomicroscopy，UBM）观察青光眼滤过术后功能障碍性滤过泡伴高眼压眼的情况以指导治疗。方法对2005年5月至2006年5月我院收治的28例（28只眼）青光眼滤过术后功能障碍性滤过泡伴高眼压眼常规行超声生物显微镜检查，观察滤过道内口、巩膜通道及滤过泡情况，针对原因对症治疗。结果在28例28只眼，UBM下滤过道内口见强回声5只眼，巩膜瓣下见强回声6只眼，球结膜瓣下见增生组织强回声17只眼。UBM检查结果均经手术证实。结论应用超声生物显微镜能观察青光眼滤过术后功能障碍性滤过泡伴高眼压眼的情况并指导治疗，球结膜瓣下增殖可能是滤过手术失败的主要原因。
