摘要
改革开放以来,我国民间组织迅速崛起,一个覆盖城乡的民间组织体系已初步形成。我国民间组织的发展有利于培育和提升公民文化的成长:公民意识、公共理性、契约精神、参与精神、宽容精神和合作精神的培育与提升。所以,在现阶段的中国,要培育公民社会,努力提升公民民主精神等公民文化,应重视民间组织的价值,鼓励并规范各种民间组织的发展。
Since the reform and open policy, NPO emerges rapidly in China and an organization net covered both urban and rural has been initially formed. Actually, the development of NPO is beneficial to cultivate the civil cuhures such as civil consciousness, public rationality, and contractual, participating, tolerant and collaborative spirits. Therefore, if China wishes to cultivate a civil society in the present stage, it＇s time to take the value of NPO seriously, and encourage and regulate the development of all kinds of NPOs.
