摘要
随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,GIS作为一种通用技术,在国内旅游领域的应用呈不断扩展的趋势,在发展的阶段性、理论与技术发展、应用的基本格局、主体与功能等方面都体现出了较为鲜明的特征。未来GIS在旅游领域中的应用可能出现的发展趋势是:传统应用领域向纵深发展,新的应用领域将不断拓展;应用技术将不断更新发展,新技术将不断引入;应用主体将呈现多元化的趋势;GIS将成为表达旅游信息、促进旅游信息化建设的得力工具。
With the prosperous development of tourism, GIS, as a commonly used technology, is used increasingly in domestic tourism, and new distinctive characteristics spring up in its development stages, its theory and technology, its application pattern and function, etc. The future application of GIS in tourism may bring about the following tendencies： that is, traditional application may develop further and deeper, new application fields will be constantly developed, application technology will he innovated and new techniques will be introduced; application subjects will diversify, and it will become powerful tools to present tourism information and promote tourism information construction.
