摘要
中国与欧盟贸易关系日益紧密，欧盟在中国对外贸易合作中的战略地位日益重要，但中欧贸易也存在着贸易不平衡、知识产权保护、有关法律法规和技术标准不够完善等问题。未来，中国除应关注欧盟对华经贸合作的共同政策和指导原则外，更应注重拓展与欧盟各成员国之间的经贸合作。
The trade relations between China and the EU have become increasingly close,with the EU enjoying an increasingly high strategic status in China's foreign trade cooperation.However,problems still exist in areas like trade imbalance,protection of IPR,incompletion of related laws,regulations and technological standards.In the future,China should not only pay attention to the EU's common policies and guiding principles in its economic and trade cooperation with China,but also attach great importance to expanding its economic and trade cooperation with EU member states.
