摘要
采用二阶导数分光光度法测定复方酮康唑霜中酮康唑的含量，可以消除制剂中氯霉素和空白基质等的干扰，方法简便、准确。平均回收率为９９．３９％，ＲＳＤ为０．５５％。
The second order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine compound ketoconazole cream. The method was simple and accurate.The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 99.39% and 0.55%,respectively.
