摘要
在0.01mol/L KOH底液中,Cu与α-安息香肟形成的络合物在单扫示波极谱上于-0.58V(vs SCE)产生络合物吸附波。其测定下限可达0.5PPb。线性范围0—100 PPb。本法选择性好,用于测定天然水和头发中的痕量Cu,结果满意。
The polarographic adsorptive wave of copper-α-benzoinoxime complex in the solution of 0.01mol/L KOH has been researched. Ep equals to -0.58V(vs.SCE).The determination limit is 0.5ppb. It is the most sensitive method in the adsorptive polarographic wave for determining copper up to now. The linearity is 0—100ppb.2500 fold Ba^(2+),1000 fold Mo(Ⅵ),La^(3+),Se(Ⅵ), 200 fold Cd^(2+),Fe^(3+), Zn^(2+),100 fold Pb^(2+),Ag^+, 40 fold Cr^(3+), 20 fold Sn^(2+), 10 fold Mn^(2+),5 fold Co^(2+), Ni^(2+), 2 fold Bi^(3+),Tl^+ and large amounts of K^+,Na^+, NH_4^+,Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+),Al^(3+),Sr^(2+),SO_4^(2-),NO_3^-,Cl^-,Br^-,NO_2^-,Ac^- and PO_4^(3-) do not interfere with this determination.This method has been used to the determination of trace amounts of copper in hair and water.
