摘要 随着世界酒精性饮品消耗量的不断增长,酒精性骨质疏松对人民健康和生活质量的危害也越来越大。目前认为酒精主要通过改变MSCs、成骨细胞、破骨细胞等的增殖、分化和功能,抑制成骨、促进骨吸收,引起骨组织形成减少同时脂肪组织增多等一系列病理生理变化,最终形成骨质疏松。笔者就酒精性骨质疏松形成的细胞、分子生物学机制做一综述。 As the world's consumption of alcoholic beverages is increasing standly, Alcohol-Induced osteoporosis present a major challenge to public health and life quality. Alcohol primarily induce changes in MSCs, osteoblasts and osteoclasts, such as the proliferation, differentiation and function. As a result, it inhabit bone formation and promote bone resorption, fat increased and a series of pathophysiological changes. In this paper, we reviewed reports about cell and molecular biological mechanisms of alcohol-induced osteoporosis formation.
