二种小菜蛾性诱剂诱芯田间诱蛾效果比较 被引量:21

Field tests for trapping efficiency of two kinds of sex pheromone lure for the diamond back moth

摘要 2006年5~6月在河北省饶阳县和江苏省如东县分别2种性诱芯诱捕小菜蛾Plutella xylostella(L.)进行田间试验,水盆诱捕器分别装配橡胶塞诱芯A和B。试验结果表明,两地点诱芯B的平均诱蛾数分别是诱芯A的2.12倍和3.94倍,差异均达极显著水准(P<0.01)。类似地,两地点诱芯B单盆1晚最大诱蛾数也都极显著高于诱芯A(P<0.01)。 Two field experiments were conducted for trapping efficiency of two kinds of sex pheromone lure for the diamond back moth,Plutella xylostella(L.) in Raoyang County,Hebei Province and Rudong County,Jiangsu Province in May and June,2006.Water trays with rubber plug were baited with different sex pheromone blends A and B.The results showed that the mean number of the diamond back moths trapped by lure B was 2.12 and 3.94 fold of that by lure A in Raoyang and Rudong locations,respectively.The difference was significantly(P〈0.01).Similarly,the maximum trapped numbers by lure B in one night were significantly higher than that lure A(P〈0.01) at both two locations.
