摘要
在供应链管理中存在一种逆长鞭效应,本文运用软件仿真啤酒游戏证明了该效应是客观存在的,并分析了该效应产生的原因和对供应链运营的影响。指出逆长鞭效应的存在是供应的不确定性以及高估了供应水平所引起的,它的存在对供应链的绩效有负面影响。
Recent evidence suggests that there is a reverse bullwhip effect （RBE） in the supply chain management. We use the BaseStockSim simulation beer game, analysising the causes of RBE and its impact on the supply chain performance. The result confirms objective existence of the RBE and the cause of it is due to the supply uncertainty and an overweighting of the supply line.
