摘要
本文分析常规高阶电子衍射花样标定方法的优点和不足,提出了一种简便、易操作方法,即借助Carine软件在单晶衍射花样标定的基础上对复杂电子衍射花样进行标定。
This paper analyses the advantages and weaknesses of common calibration methods of electronic diffraction pattern, and puts forwards a simple and easy-operating calibration method, that is, using Carine software calibrates to calibrate the complex electron diffraction pattern on the basis of single diffraction pattern calibration.
