摘要
论述了Wonderware公司的工业控制组态软件InTouch和实时数据库InSQL的特点,并以该系统为例介绍了InTouch和InSQL在番茄酱生产线罐装工艺远程监控系统的应用,其中还涉及MSSQL的应用。该系统可以提高工厂的实时监控能力以及实时数据采集能力,使得工厂效率大大提高。
This paper introduces these characters of industrial control Configuration software Intouch and Real-time database InSQL of Wonderware Ld.,and introduces the application of them in the remote monitoring and controlling system of Tomato Sauce Filling and Packaging product line,to be referenced in the application about MsSQL.The system can improve the ability of real-time monitoring and controlling and real-time data collect.It makes the plant product efficiency be more improved than before.
