摘要
陕西文化产业发展选择资源型和政府主导型的公众需求开发、特色推进、集约化经营、产业综合、双向开放和政府保护相结合、西安中心产业集群等模式,是在科学分析现阶段陕西文化产业发展中存在的主要问题的基础上,借鉴国内外文化产业发展的成功经验,依据陕西得天独厚的文化资源优势和强劲的文化需求之特点以及陕西经济社会发展之现状,所做出的正确选择。
The developing modes of Shaanxi cuhural industries adopt the modes of three types： resource-base mode, government dominating-base which binds public demand exploitation, advancement with characteristics, intensified management, industries integration, two-way opening, and government protection together, and Xi＇an central industrial cluster. These modes are selected based on the scientific analysis of the main problems in the development of Shaanxi cultural industries of the present stage, with the reference to the successful experience of cultural industries development at home and abroad. They are the right choices according to the Shaanxi advantaged cultural resources, great demands of culture, and the present situation of the development of Shaanxi economies and society.
