摘要
使用一台VG公司SIRA-24型全自动质谱计,首次对我国各种产源的含氮物质同位素丰度作了初步普查,包括煤、石油、动物、植物、药物、化学试剂等61种样品。氮-15丰度的测值δ^(15)N(‰,相对于大气氮)落在国外所测各种含氮物质的范围内,获得若干有意义的结果。
Various nitrogen-containing materials were collected from different sources, and the abundance of ^(15)N was measured with an automatic recording mass spectrometer of VG SIRA-24. Sixty-one samples comprised (a) coal and combustion residues, and petroleum, (b) animal and their products, (c) plants including medical herbs, and (d) organic and inorganic reagents. Results listed in tables 1-4 indicate the ranges of variation of ^(15)N(‰, versus atmospheric nitrogen with 0.366 atom% ^(15)N as standard) for (a), from +2.73 to +6.66‰; (b), from +5.07 to +8.81‰; (c), from -1.66 to +11.70‰; and (d), from -77.75 to +7.32‰. The data all fall within the range of variation of δ^(15)N having been found in other countries.
