摘要
针对大型金相试样切割机的控制要求,设计了由OMRON CP1H PLC和西门子变频器以及NT31C触摸屏组成的调速控制系统。采用基于RS-485接口的USS协议,利用PLC与变频器之间的通信,实现了对变频器的控制和监控,有效地减少了系统布线,提高系统的稳定性和抗干扰能力。通过触摸屏可以将切割机的工作状态实时、准确地显示出来。该系统有效提高了金相切割的质量和效率。
Facing the control requirements for the Metallographic sample cutting machine , design a SR control system composed of OMRON CP1H PLC and Siemens frequency converter and NT3IC touch screen. The serial communication between PLC and frequency-converters is realized based on the USS protocol of the RS-485 interface , and frequency converter can be controlled and inspected. The electric connections is reduced efficiently. The system stability and antinterference ability are improved. The status of the Metallographic sample cutting machine can be displayed in real time and truly on touch screen. This system can improve the quality and development efficiency effectively.
