摘要
目的:探讨新鲜冰冻血浆融化后24 h内凝血因子的变化,为指导临床治疗提供理论依据。方法:采用ACL 8000自动血凝分析仪对20份血浆样品进行融化后0、6、12、24 h分别测定FIB、FⅦ、FⅧ、FⅨ活性水平。结果:新鲜血浆融化后24 h之内无明显改变的有FIB(P〉0.05);其他指标在不同时间段各有明显的改变,同时显示FⅧ半衰期为12-24 h。结论:新鲜冰冻血浆融化后放置会有凝血因子活性的衰减,为保证输血质量,尽可能融化后立即输注。
Objective:To explore the changes of coagulation factor activity in warming fresh frozen plasma at different times in order to provide theory basis for clinical transfusion.Methods:A total of 20 samples of FFP were investigated.FIB,FⅦ,FⅧ,FⅨ were detected at 0,6,12,24 h.Results:FIB was not obviously changed(P〉0.05) for 24 h after warming,but the others were obviously changes(P〈0.05) at different time phases.The half-life of FⅧ was 12-24 h.Conclusion:Coagulation factor activity decreases of FFP after warming.In order to improve quality of transfusion,it had better to be transfused immediately after warming.
