摘要
实践证明,对政策实施有效的评估,有利于准确把握政策的实施效果。近年来,各级政府针对大学生就业出台了相关政策。以广东为例,对"上岗退费"政策和基层就业政策进行了评估,在结合案例对就业政策进行深入剖析的基础上,提出了完善政策的建议。
Practice has shown that evaluating exactly the performance of policies is helpful to grasp the effectiveness accurately. In recent years, central government and local governments have been making preferential policies for promoting graduates＇ employ-ment. Taking Guangdong as an example, the author in this paper evaluated the policies of ＂refund for graduates teaching in rural areas＂, as well as the policies of taking employment in grass roots. Furthermore, on the basis of in-depth analyses on the current empployment policies, some suggestions for improvement were also put forward.
