固定化增殖酵母糖蜜酒精连续发酵的研究

摘要 本研究采用海藻酸钙胶为载体,将糖蜜酒精酵母P396驯化株固定于2.5公升维型筛板生比反应器中,以甘蔗糖蜜为基质进行快速酒精连续发酵试验。证明该反应器能较好地解决CO_2滞留及CO_2与酒精对酵母发酵的抑制问题;探讨了该反应器连续发酵的动力学模型及发酵条件。发酵连续操作85天,平均产酒8.1×10^(-2)kg/L,平均生产能力1.5×10^(-2)kg/L·hr比游离细胞分批发酵效率提高17.4倍。 A study on continuous rapid ethanol fermentation usingsaccharomyces cerevisial F396 domesticated strain immobilized onalginate gel is carried out in this paper.The immobilized growingyeast gel particals are operated for fermentation in a tapered screenplate column packed-bed bioreactor of 2.5 liter with cane molassesfermentation substance.It has been indicated,in this kind ofbioreactor,the carbon dioxide and ethanol inhibition to yeast can beavioded on the whole;the kinetic model has been put forward forthis bioreactor.The continuous system has operated for 85 days.Theaverage ethanol concentration and ethanol productivity in effluentare 81 g/1 and 15 g/1.hr respectively.The productivity is 17.4 timesmore than that with free cell system.
