摘要
目的探讨脑电图监测下难治性癫癎手术治疗的手术室护理的较佳方法。方法①患者进入手术室内,护士进行心理护理干预。②对患者摆放最佳的手术体位,合理布置各种手术监测设备的位置。③术中排除对脑电图采集时,手术室内的干扰因素,并帮助更换电极。④变换术式时配合医生对患者摆放最佳的手术体位,注意观察容易造成压疮的体表部位的护理。⑤手术完成后有序撤除各种设备。⑥若患者麻醉清醒及时给以心理护理干预,以减轻患者因手术造成的心理障碍。结果63例患者无手术死亡及术后严重并发症发生,手术疗效满意。结论充分的术前准备、术中密切护理配合、最大限度缩短手术时间、降低并发症是脑电图监测下治疗难治性癫癎的较佳护理方法。
Objective To study better nursing methods in surgical treatment of refl＇actory epilepsy by electroencephalogram monitoring in operation room. Methods （1）Nursing intervention was taken as soon as patients arrive;（2）Putting patients on the operation table with better position, and each operation monitoring instrument m proper place： （3）Getting rid of interference factors when electroencephalogram was detected;（4）Helping doctor to change patients position better as necessary, and paying more atten- tions to the localities that bedsore occurs easily：（5）Removing operation monitoring instrument in sequence when operation fin- ished ; （6）Psychology nursing intervention should be used to remove their fear to the operation when patients awake. Results There was no death cases and severe complications, and the curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusions The preoperative prepare, closely cooperation with doctors in operation, and measures for shorting operation course and reducing complications should be emphasized in operation room nursing in the surgical treatment of refractory epilepsy by electroencephalogram monitoring.
