摘要
禅悟深刻地影响了严羽诗学。禅悟不止在形式上对严羽诗学产生过影响,而且在精神上也产生了深刻影响。禅悟以其"平常心是道"的生命体"悟"激活诗人被理学禁锢的现实生活体验,使诗人能够恢复对现实生活的情感体验,从而使其诗歌创作充满鲜活的诗意。这对严羽诗学的精神实质产生了根本影响。
The realization to truth has a profound influence on Yah Yu poetics both in form and in spirit. It has activated the real life experience of poet which Neo-Confucianism imprisoned by the life＇s enlightenment that the ordinary life is true, and has enabled the poet to restore the real life experience and emotion. Therefore, the realization to truth can make poets create poetry full of bright and fresh sentiments. In one word, it has had the fundamental influence on the essence of Yah Yu poetics in spirit.
