摘要
工学交替是在校企联合办学的过程中逐步形成的,与"订单培养"模式紧密联系,是职业院校培养技能应用型人才的有效途径。以南通纺织职业技术学院纺织系在与南通大生集团合作进行"工学交替"的初步实践与探索为例,分析当前独具特色的"工学交替"人才培养模式的内涵、意义、难点与对策。
Working-schooling alternation pattern, which is formed in the process of college-enterprise cooperation in school running, is an effective way for vocational colleges to cultivate talents with skills. It is closely related to the model of ＂market-oriented cultivation＂. Taking the preliminary practices and exploration conducted coopera- tively by Nantong Textile Vocational.Technology College and Nantong Dasheng Group as an example,this paper analyzed the connotation,significance,difficulties and countermeasures of working-schooling alternation,the unique talent cultivation model.
