摘要
为了推进中国人文社会科学学术观点创新,提高研究成果质量,在厘清学术观点创新概念和明确观点创新方法的基础上,利用引文分析法、定量与定性相结合的研究方法,概述了国内人文社会科学学术观点及研究质量的现状,指出了目前存在的问题,分析了产生的原因,提出了立即建立与完善评价体系,进一步解放思想,建立研究成果查新制度,完善检索体系,加强学术规范和学术基础训练,改革考核办法,举办学术沙龙,开设学术批评专栏,营造激发新观点氛围等对策。
In order to promote innovation of academic views in humanities and social sciences in China and to enhance the quality of research fruits, this paper first clarifies the concept of innovation of academic views and clearly explains relevant approaches to academic innovation, then it overviews the status quo of academic views and research qualtiy of humanities and social sciences in our country, points out current problems, analyses their causes and proposes such strategies as the immediate establishment and perfection of an assessment and evaluation system, further emancipation of scholars＇ minds, the establishment of a system for checking new research results, improvement of the index system, emphasis on academioc standards and basic training, reform of methods for assessment of academic results, organization of academic salons, provision of academic criticism columns, and creation of an atmosphere that inspires new ideas. The author makes good use of such main research methods as that of analysis of citations or quotations and that of combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
